Our Adolescent DBT Skills Group is a structured, evidence-based program designed for teens who are struggling with emotional regulation, impulsivity, or interpersonal challenges.
Grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), this group teaches practical skills in four key areas:
• Mindfulness: Staying present and focused
• Emotion Regulation: Understanding and managing intense feelings
• Distress Tolerance: Coping with crisis and discomfort in healthy ways
• Interpersonal Effectiveness: Building and maintaining strong relationships
Teens will participate in a supportive, small group setting with guidance from our talented clinicians. This group is ideal for those needing extra support outside of individual therapy or as a possible step down from an IOP or PHP program.
